We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Adviser to join our team at Superdrug. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting our products and services to customers and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Piercing Services: Provide ear and nose piercing services to customers, with training provided.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets and support the development of the team.
- Competitive Salary: £8.65 - £11.75 per hour.
