We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to become a part of our innovative team at a prominent manufacturing organization. This position demands a proactive approach, ensuring that all machinery and equipment function at optimal levels. If you possess strong analytical skills and a passion for engineering, particularly in diagnosing and rectifying intricate mechanical systems, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on various production and auxiliary machinery.
  • Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems swiftly and accurately.
  • Implement repairs and enhancements to boost equipment reliability and performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Keep precise maintenance records and update documentation as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company standards.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a multi-skilled maintenance position within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
  • Skilled in utilizing hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and machinery.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proactive mindset towards problem resolution.
  • Must possess a minimum NVQ Level 3 in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
