Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our Commercial Property team in Leicester.

This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for both the property and planning teams. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails, and other correspondence
  • Audio typing and file management
  • Typing of documents and tracking amendments
  • Scanning, paginating, and photocopying
  • File opening, ID checks, and preparation of client care letters
  • Providing general administration support to the team

About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent written and oral communication skills, a good eye for detail, good organisation and time management abilities, and excellent team player skills. Great typing skills and a motivated individual with a strong commitment to learning are also essential.

Prior secretarial experience within a property team would be advantageous.
