Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead on activities, interventions, and supports that improve employee health and wellbeing culture, in line with the Council's Our People Strategy and Employee Health and Wellbeing Framework 2023 – 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead projects to improve employee health and wellbeing culture
  • Work with groups and individuals to promote health and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellbeing matters

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant subject area, or relevant working experience
  • Experience of working in a health improvement or behaviour change setting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and experience
  • Ability to travel to different locations across Dundee to deliver face-to-face work

About the Role
