About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Accommodation & Cleaning team at Butlin's. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our resort's accommodation and external areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out a range of cleaning tasks, including changing beds, cleaning bathrooms, hoovering, and cleaning kitchens
  • Logging maintenance jobs and cleaning living areas on busy changeover days
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests

Our working hours cover typically 30-35 hours per week, with a working pattern of Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. If you're a team player with a passion for high standards and a 'get stuck in' attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous, but not essential. We'll provide you with all the necessary training to excel in this role.
