Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a large portfolio of residential lettings properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to our landlords, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout Southeast London and Kent.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors to ensure smooth property management.
  • Coordinate and monitor works and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and statutory notices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct property inspections and report to landlords, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Pursue outstanding monthly rental payments and negotiate terms of tenancy renewals.
  • Mediate between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes, ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome.
  • Handle tenancy deposit returns and recover rent arrears, following established procedures.
  • Service notices, S21 and S8, as required, to ensure compliance with legislation.
Requirements
  • A team player with leadership potential and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience managing a property portfolio, preferably in residential lettings.
  • Ambitious for career progression and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of residential lettings legislation and a UK Driver's Licence.
