Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Specialist or Industrial Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough electrical testing and inspection of our products and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in our products and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical testing and quality assurance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and products, including safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
