We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implant Nurse to join our team at Dental Careers UK. As an Implant Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dentists during implant surgeries and procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during implant surgeries and procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the smooth running of the surgery.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC regulations.
- Provide post-operative care and patient instructions, offering excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Manage the implant inventory and liaise with suppliers, ensuring the smooth operation of the surgery.
- Travel to multiple sites, utilizing your own vehicle and holding a full UK driving license.
Requirements:
- Qualification as a Dental Nurse (Registered with GDC).
- Experience in dental implant procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, caring, and able to reassure patients.
