Job Title: Vendor Relationship Manager

Parameta Solutions is seeking a skilled Vendor Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with TP ICAP Group Procurement policies and third-party risk management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with TP ICAP Group Procurement and ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies.
  • Negotiate and monitor key commercial, contractual, and performance stipulations in vendor agreements.
  • Support TP ICAP Group Procurement in sourcing new contracts, renewals, and renegotiations with in-scope suppliers.
  • Benchmark new and existing services to ensure commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to capture strategic business requirements and improve overall business solutions.
  • Provide sourcing pipeline for future procurement activity of Parameta Solutions service needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Third Party Risk Management requirements for Parameta Solutions direct suppliers.
  • Manage and execute governance of Parameta Solutions supplier relationships.
Requirements:
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) experience with Intra Group Service Agreements and associated governance requirements.
  • Proven commercial management experience of supplier relationship management, category management, or business development.
  • Procurement experience within the Technology Industry sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in SRM best practices and strategies.
  • Experience with Third Party Risk Management principles and processes.
