About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Connells Estate Agency in Kidderminster. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our customers on a range of mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our estate agency team through training and support, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide personalized advice on our range of products.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to attract new customers and grow our mortgage services business.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain in-depth knowledge of our mortgage and protection products to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • CeMap Qualification: Hold a CeMap qualification or equivalent, or be willing to train towards holding the qualification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-Driven: Be a motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong track record of generating new sales and following through to completions.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Hold a full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
