Laundry Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Person to join our team at Rugby School. As a Laundry Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of laundry are provided across the School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the resident and non-resident matrons to ensure the laundry schedule is followed and the correct rota for washing cloths, sports kit, and CCF kit is maintained.
- Previous laundry experience is essential, and you must be honest, reliable, flexible, and punctual, taking pride in your work.
- Be able to understand written instructions relating to the use of chemicals and other hazardous cleaning products.
- Work a term-time plus (35 weeks) schedule, 24 hours per week, Sunday to Friday, 09:00hrs to 13:00hrs.
Requirements:
- Previous laundry experience is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
