Career Opportunity for Clinical Deputy Manager

We are working with a reputable client to find a skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team in a nursing home based in the Barnet area.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents with nursing and dementia needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver excellent care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of the nursing home's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a strong background in elderly and dementia care
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home setting
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
