Corporate Recovery Administrator

Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Corporate Recovery Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our insolvency team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, including CVAs, IVAs, Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement case strategy and ensure progression of cases
  • Plan and manage cases from outset to closure
  • Identify, control, and realise assets
  • Manage a portfolio using appropriate forms and prepare and maintain files
  • Use insolvency software for diary and record book entries and maintain clear and up-to-date receipts and payments accounts
  • Comply with statutory procedures throughout the cases and ensure case files are accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare D returns and investigation reports, draft statement of affairs and reports, and update IPS

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in insolvency and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
