Job Title: Market Insights Leader

Join Bio-Rad, a global leader in life sciences, as a Market Insights Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic market insights and competitive intelligence to support the company's commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement market research and competitive intelligence activities to profile the Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostic markets.
  • Provide actionable recommendations through presentations and reports to Executive & Commercial leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop an international team of regional market research analysts.
  • Develop and manage budget allocation for key vendors, including agencies and subscriptions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of leadership experience in Market Research role.
  • Experience in market insight and competitive intelligence roles in the Life Science and Diagnostics Industries.
  • Fluent in English, with any other language a plus.
  • Experience in people management and project leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a global Market Intelligence team/function to meet commercial needs.
