**Assistant General Manager Role**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, including financial management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and staff satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a manager in a similar industry.

  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management, marketing, and sales.
