Setting Out Engineer Required

We are seeking a skilled Setting Out Engineer to join our team on a long-term project in Bristol.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND in engineering, a valid CSCS card, and a minimum of 2 years postgrad experience.

Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer and in RC Frame and Groundworks is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for calling off reinforcement and reading reinforcement drawings, as well as having operational knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting out on a live long-term project
  • Calling off reinforcement and reading reinforcement drawings
  • Operational knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD
Requirements:
  • Degree / HND in engineering
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Minimum of 2 years postgrad experience
  • Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer
  • Previous experience setting out on a similar project
  • RC Frame and Groundworks experience - essential
