Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
- Organize activities that promote learning and development, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behavior
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
- Develop and maintain the nursery budget
- Arrange marketing materials
- Conduct interviews for potential applicants referred by the recruitment department
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification. You should possess excellent communication skills to engage with children and converse with other staff members and parents. You should also have creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities that ensure children are happy and learning in a rewarding environment.
