Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Officer to join our team at John Menzies. As a key member of our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day inspection and maintenance of GSE equipment to ensure it is safe and fit for purpose.
- Liaise with service providers and airport authorities to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to improve GSE operational performance and reduce the risk of Foreign Object Damage (FOD).
- Ensure that all equipment is parked within designated parking bays and that FOD is removed from vehicles.
- Take responsibility for the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
