About the Role

Creative Support is a leading provider of high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and dementia. Our support is tailored to each client's unique needs, promoting independence and community engagement.

Your Responsibilities

You will support individuals with Extra Care support needs to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally. This will involve working alongside the person's circle of support to empower them to achieve their life goals. Your role will include providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, as well as helping individuals access the community and engage in social opportunities.
