Job Summary
Park's Motor Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Service Technician to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults using manufacturer guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and achieve targets
Requirements
- Qualified and time-served Vehicle Technician with experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently on all areas of servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Consistently maintain high quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Full driving license
