Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Manufacturing and Centres of Excellence teams at our Bolton location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from a business perspective, including EVM, schedule adherence, and schedule risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Drive project teams to strive for excellence, embracing new challenges and ambiguity.

Requirements:

  • Project/Programme Management experience in a matrix organization.
  • Strong risk and opportunity management skills and experience.
  • Sound business judgement, including an appreciation of complex problems and solutions.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work in a production or prototyping delivery role.

  • Company bonus: up to £2,500 (based on company performance).
