Care Home Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
MHA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Care Home setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, adhering to NMC guidelines and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert clinical guidance and support, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, promoting excellence in care provision.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:
- Active UK PIN and current residence within a 10-mile radius of the Care Home.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in care home settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
