**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Officer to join our team at Premier Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, negotiating with clients, and ensuring that all contractual elements are carried out.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage commercial contracts from initiation to completion
  • Negotiate with clients to secure new business and contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure that all contractual elements are carried out and that contracts are administered efficiently
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement business and financial plans
  • Produce change notes and other contractual documentation
  • Attend internal and external meetings to discuss contract-related matters

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in a commercial contract environment
  • Relevant Degree qualification or similar in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of contractual documentation and terms and conditions
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office
