Hotel Café Royal is a renowned hospitality establishment that embodies the essence of luxury and sophistication. As a culinary hub, it attracts individuals who make a difference, and for 150 years, it has been the vibrant living room of London, where history, culture, business, and the stage converge.

Our main kitchen is an innovative culinary team that supports The Gallery Restaurant, Cakes & Bubbles, In Room Dining, and the Green Bar, as well as Banqueting & Events when needed. As a key member of this team, you will be required to work 47 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and morning and evening shifts.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-quality destination restaurant is highly desirable.
  • A strong desire to join a hotel to grow and develop with, and a proven commitment to past employers is essential.
  • Exposure to international cuisines, particularly Italian, French, or modern European influences, is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts is a must.
