Job Summary:

Mj Quinn Integrated Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of our Bournemouth Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contract, including personnel working on that contract and delivery of services provided.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Plan work and organize labor in line with service requirements to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Collect and collate data for forecasting and planning purposes to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Ensure timely and accurate client updates and communication, with transparent accounting throughout the contract.
  • Previous experience of working on healthcare project delivery from a contract management perspective is essential.
  • A recognized Building Services Qualification, such as ONC / HNC in Building Services Engineering, is required.
  • Strong experience of programme / contract management is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • A Full UK Driving license with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months is required.
