Job Title: Plumber

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Estates team at Malborough College. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and improvements to the college's domestic and commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all appropriate repairs, maintenance, and improvement of the college's plumbing and drainage installations.
  • Work effectively and efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with good building practice and current building regulations.
  • Operate and maintain a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
  • Work at height and in enclosed spaces, using provided safety equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience of general plumbing and a wide range of types and ages of gas and oil-fired heating systems and associated installations.
  • Experience of operating multi-site installations using a Building Management System would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work at height and in enclosed spaces.
