About the Role
Aldena Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Lighting Intelligence business unit. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our intelligent Lighting Control solutions in the London and Southeast regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in the electrical contracting, wholesaling, and lighting design industries.
- Actively seek new projects and opportunities to increase sales within the London area.
- Develop and build lighting management activities in major London residential and commercial projects.
- Embrace modern sales techniques and utilize our CRM system to track projects and communicate with clients.
- Advocate our Lighting Intelligence solutions in a consultative manner and promote them using consultative selling techniques.
- Track projects from specification to order, ensuring seamless integration with third-party services.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of lighting control projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in modern sales processes with a commercial understanding of tools, margins, and credit risk.
- Good sales experience in technological fields such as lighting controls, HVAC, building management, or automation.
- Demonstrated sales and commercial experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills that build collaboration and drive sales.
- Ability to translate and communicate key business priorities to support the development and execution of tactical sales programs.
- Flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt your approach and methods to maximize results.
- Based in London and the South, with international travel required.
- Spoken and written fluency in English; an additional European language is desirable but not essential.
