Senior Project Information Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Information Manager to join our project team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing roles and responsibilities for the information management team, working closely with relevant Functional Leads.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of ISO19650 and experience of managing high-value and complex projects. They will also have a security-minded approach to data, ensuring correct access rights are in place for a timely period.
The role will involve preparing, agreeing, and communicating project information standards and methods & procedures documentation, as well as delivering training to staff on information management systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, training, and support for the mobile quality management system, preferably Field View.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and facilitating archiving procedures in accordance with current LOR group policy, both electronic and hard copy.
- Reviewing procedures and systems and providing feedback to central functions around forming best practice.
- Managing the production of the digital handover, or facilitating if an external vendor is appointed.
- Setting up and managing the system, reporting, and regular project meetings.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of people management, specifically line managing small teams, and a previous client-facing role held. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of quality management systems and management of EDM Systems, preferably Asite.
