About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team at Selwood Limited. As a key member of our Installations Team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our installations team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and oversee all direct and indirect workers on site, including third parties employed by Selwood.
  • Ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by your team and check that the quality of equipment is fit for purpose before an installation begins.
  • Manage your own safety and the safety of others around you, with a holistic view and confidence to stop any unsafe acts during any activity if it is not safe to carry on.
  • Be involved in a call out rota and be expected to commit to supporting your team by working overtime outside of your normal 40 hour working week.
Requirements
  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and a good understanding of onsite safety.
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to be part of our 'on call' 1 in 3 rota.
  • A current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
