About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Account Management to join our team at g2 Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and be accountable for continuously improving the strategic approach to Community Housing, Community Safety, and Neighbourhoods.
  • Support the Director of Housing and Customer Services and work closely with the Assistant Director of Housing.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the housing sector.
  • Strong business development and account management skills, with a track record of success.
