Job Title: Chemotherapy Nurse Specialist

Sciensus Pharma Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chemotherapy Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals receiving oncology treatments.

Job Summary:

As a Chemotherapy Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, conducting clinical assessments, and providing education and support to patients and their caregivers. You will work closely with our clinical services team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients in accordance with their care plans and protocols.
  • Conduct clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers on chemotherapy treatments, side effects, and management.
  • Collaborate with our clinical services team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and support.
  • Document patient information and treatment outcomes in accordance with our clinical records policy.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
  • Qualified in administering cytotoxic drugs and cannulation.
  • Experience in administering oncology medications and conducting clinical assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
