Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyse market data and customer feedback to refine and enhance our product offerings.
  • Business Development: Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the secured car finance sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, dealerships, and other relevant entities.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Present our financing solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of our services. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the financial services industry, preferably in secured car finance or related sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry, including dealerships, manufacturers, and industry associations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
