About the Role

This is a full 360-recruitment role where you will take over a warm desk with existing clients to immediately leverage from but will still be required to expand the company's client base and develop your own network.

You will have to research and secure new clients as well as find, screen, and build your own pool of candidates.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of contract recruitment experience within the IT/Tech sector - covering either SAP, ERP, Cloud, Data, BI
  • Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Able to balance a variety of tasks while remaining attentive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to easily build new relationships
