Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate technician time effectively to ensure optimal job completion.
- Ensure compliance with OEM warranty procedures and maintain accurate job card documentation.
- Identify and address technician training needs to improve overall workshop performance.
- Collaborate with the Service Reception and Parts Teams to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service department within the motor industry.
- Excellent understanding of systems and processes used in this environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
