We are looking for skilled professionals with customer-facing experience in providing technical support for audio-visual events, including setup and support. Our freelance roles would suit seasoned freelancers seeking additional work or individuals between jobs looking for a short-term solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support for audio-visual events, including setup and support
  • Ensuring seamless execution of events, including audio and video mixing, camera operation, and video playback
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and preferences
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with digital audio desks, such as Cl series, QL series, LS9, M7CL, etc.
  • Audio-to-webcast, video conference, and phone line integration
  • Mixing live audio for multiple presenters, panel sessions, and high-profile speakers
  • Video mixing to multiple outputs, camera operation, and video playback
  • Knowledge of Crestron/Extron/AMX processors and touch panels for audio and video signal patching
