About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programme Support Officer to join our team in the Technology and Information Services department at Plymouth University. As a key member of the SRS programme team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Student Record System programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and overall support in the project phases, including solution design, change management, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings, update project-level plans and documents, manage the RAID log, prepare project highlight reports, and track project spend against budget.
  • Support the programme team in delivering the programme's objectives and ensuring the successful implementation of the Student Record System.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of working in a programme or project environment, with a strong understanding of programme management principles and practices.
