Car Sales Administrator

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Admin to join our team, providing support to the retail sales team and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the sales department to process customers' vehicle orders
- Processing vehicle orders
- Taxing new and used vehicles
- Supporting Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and order tracking details
- Ordering new vehicles
- Managing a heavy workload and prioritizing work schedules
- Bringing new and used cars onto stock
- Invoicing
- Raising requisitions for purchases
- Liaising between customers and our in-house departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to customer requirements
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized administrator with:
- Previous experience in administration
- An excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills
- An ability to work to a high standard, particularly attention to detail
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team, engaging with other members of the dealership to provide a smooth and efficient service for our customers
