As a Contract Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all subcontractor work delivered on site adheres to safety standards and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors to guarantee the safe execution of projects.
  • Review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and identify any potential gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Verify that all work carried out aligns with the contractor's RAMS documentation.
  • Conduct on-site audits of contractors to ensure compliance with established safety protocols.
  • Prepare comprehensive subcontractor work packs before, during, and after project completion, obtaining all necessary paperwork and signatures from relevant parties.
  • Enforce adherence to site-specific procedures, including sign-in/sign-out protocols for contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed subcontractor work packs for audit purposes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in completing all work-related documentation accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate actively in training programs and appraisals as required, including specialized courses such as Hot Works and Excavation Appointed Person certifications.
  • Embrace additional responsibilities aligned with your skills and capabilities.
