The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse, Dispatch & Inventory Coordinator to join our team at SYNETIQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient storage, organization, and delivery of high-quality vehicle parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality and inventory standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely storage and organization of vehicle parts in our warehouse.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of parts to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with stock controllers and planners to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.
  • Perform quality control checks on parts to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Utilize integrated systems and standards to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar environment, preferably in logistics, inventory management, or quality assurance.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to lift and handle heavy weights safely.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
