We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team on the Oncology Ward at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a role model for best clinical practice and Trust values, promoting a positive learning environment for staff and patients.
- Work alongside learners to facilitate their independent learning, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement education programs to support staff and patient safety and experience, working to an agreed job plan.
- Manage time effectively to balance clinical education and administrative activities, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Contribute to an inter-professional learning environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork among staff members.
- Deliver education programs at a divisional level, supporting organizational priorities and initiatives.
- Work closely with local and corporate practice development teams to identify and address educational needs.
- Participate in audit, service improvement, and research projects relevant to the clinical educator role, contributing to the development of best practices.
- Develop and sustain partnerships across boundaries, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
