Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management
- Manage and coordinate the work of sub-contractors, labour, and materials to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Communication
- Provide regular reports to the Contracts Manager on site progress, highlighting any issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Certifications
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is required.
- First Aid at Work certification is necessary.
- Personal Qualities
- A full driving license is required due to the location of the sites.
- DBS clearance will be required.
