The RF Systems Engineer will be responsible for the top-level specification of phased arrays, ensuring requirements meet all relevant regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with digital hardware and software teams to integrate and validate algorithms, as well as developing test and calibration strategies for sub-assemblies of the complete array. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, with a PhD or Master's degree in RF Systems or Communications Theory being a plus.
