Data Analyst - Third-Party Administration

Hymans Robertson is seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our dedicated Data Journey team within the Third-Party Administration area. In this role, you will play a vital part in constructing a cutting-edge data platform while ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our valued clients.

  • Data Integrity Champion: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies to guarantee dataset accuracy and reliability.
  • Reporting Specialist: Develop comprehensive reports and tailored extracts for key stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Data Model Expert: Analyze existing data models and pipelines to support robust analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Continuous Learner: Stay abreast of the latest data tooling advancements and trends within the industry.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with SQL databases and Azure-hosted data platforms.
  • Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of SQL database technologies and scripting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • A genuine desire to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Domain expertise in the pensions industry is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with coding languages such as R, Python, or other data technologies.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI for creating insightful reports and visualizations.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data lake architectures.
  • Experience with continuous integration, agile methodologies, and Azure DevOps tools.
