Construction Project Manager Opportunity

A leading Construction Consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join their Newbury team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients, tailoring their services to meet each client's unique needs in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.

The successful Construction Project Manager will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, with experience in various build sectors, including retail, leisure, residential, office, industrial, and public realms. They will be accredited by a reputable professional body, such as RICS, APM, or CIOB, and have a degree in construction or a related field.

The role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday, hybrid working, health insurance, and a great pension contribution. The company also offers a supportive culture, flexible working opportunities, and regular social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful construction projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

  • Accreditation by a reputable professional body, such as RICS, APM, or CIOB
  • Degree in construction or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
