Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

LJW Solutions is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX or CLC or Fee Earner to join their team in Sittingbourne.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable Law Firm who values and looks after their employees. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX or CLC or Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
Requirements
  • Preferably over 3 PQE
  • Ability to work independently and manage own caseload without supervision
  • Proven track record of billings
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and enjoyment of client interaction and relationship-building
