We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Corepeople Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all quality-related activities, including scanning and storage of documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant management systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team as required, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the Audit Manager in conducting office and site-based audits, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including site-based management and other teams, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in IT and document management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident and professional approach, with a strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £22,300 to £23,000 per annum, and the opportunity to work with a reputable recruitment agency like Corepeople Recruitment.
