Position Overview

Mechanical Installation Supervisor | Full Time | Competitive Salary

Are you an experienced Supervisor with a strong background in pipefitting and mechanical systems?

Our client, a distinguished M&E Contractor with a solid track record, is looking to enhance their workforce due to significant growth. They specialize in both commercial and industrial projects and are in search of a proactive professional.

If you possess substantial experience in commercial installations and enjoy taking on supervisory responsibilities, this role is tailored for you. This position involves hands-on supervision and may require occasional travel.

Key Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds qualification in Pipefitting
  • City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing
  • Gas installation qualifications or relevant experience is highly beneficial
  • IPAF/PASMA certifications are a plus
  • SSSTS certification is advantageous
  • CSCS card is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of mechanical installation and maintenance
  • Manage black iron and copper pipework
  • Handle UPVC and ABS plastic pipework
  • Utilize various jointing methods
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors
  • Delegate tasks and supervise team members as necessary
