About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our successful Southend team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a specialist in engineering recruitment, you will be responsible for meeting clients and candidates, developing business, and placing candidates into job-driven market.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and high-performing team within a well-serviced client area, providing engineering experts across the Southeast region. Our award-winning division of Reed is a specialist arm, where salaries of roles worked start around £35k per annum and go to Senior level positions, c. £50k per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business and build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meet tight deadlines and respond quickly to candidate and client requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
