We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team in South London. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert product advice and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Process new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, queries, premium finance arrangements, and issuing cover notes with precision and professionalism.
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and company protocols, ensuring all business activities meet compliance standards.
  • Proactively secure renewal business by re-broking existing policies to provide clients with the most suitable and cost-effective coverage options.
  • Promote and increase the utilization of in-house premium finance services to enhance client convenience.
  • Support Account Executives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in insurance account handling, with a strong understanding of FCA regulations and company protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
