About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team, working with leading brands in the retail industry. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels, and replenishing fixtures in local supermarkets and high street stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and maintaining Point of Sale displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Conducting regular stock checks and replenishing fixtures to ensure optimal product availability
  • Working with clients to understand their merchandising needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with store staff and clients
  • Using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using a company tablet and willingness to learn new systems
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
